ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Dr. Achalanand Jakhmola was born in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand in 1934. He completed his Doctorate in Philosophy from Allahabad University. He is well versed in Hindi, English, Garhwali and Russian.
Some of his works are ‘Uttarakhand Ki Lokhbhashaen: Swarup Aevum Chunautiyan’ and ‘Kosh Vidya Aevum Anya Shodh Nibandh’.
