About the Author:
Dr. Achalanand Jaknmola was born on 14th June 1934. He did his Doctorate in Philosophy from Allahabad University. Apart from Hindi and English he has also knowledge of Russian, Persian and Bengali and has worked extensively in the field of development of the local languages and dialects of Uttarakhand.
