About the Author:
Born in village Chaundkot of the Pauri district, Girish Sundriyal, has been an active member of the literary and the drama circuit of the state. He has done B.Sc, M.A and B.Ed and currently works as a teacher in the state.
Some of his noted works are: Kab Khulali Raat, Udi Jaun Agaas, Anwar, Angwal, Maulyar and Asgar. He has also been awarded the Lok Bhasha Samman by the Uttarakhand language organization (Uttarakhand bhasha sansthan).
