Angwal – an anthology of Garhwali Poetry

About the book: The book “Angwal” is a collective effort of a number of writers from all across the state who have penned their thoughts and view and lent their writings for the creation of this book.

The book contains more than 200 poems and songs written by a number of authors and have been put together by Madan Mohan Duklan and Girish Sundariyal. The poems are written in Garhwali and talks about the people, the culture and the history of the Garhwal Himalayas.
