About the Editor:
Chandrapal Singh Rawat was born in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand and did his M.A in Hindi from the Delhi University. He has also been the editor of the “Chatrvani” magazine and has published many freelance articles over the time. Currently he is working with many social movements for the promotion of the Garhwali culture.
