Garhwali Ramayan

About the book: The original Ramayan is translated in Garhwali, the language of the people from the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand and all the seven Khands of the Ramayan are present in the book in simple Garhwali language.

The author has done tremendous job of translating all the Dohas and Chaupais of the original Ramayan written in Sanskrit into Garhwali language. It is a must read for people of Garhwal region even if they are religious or not the book talks about the story of lord Rama as it is in the ancient scripture written by Valmiki.
