Shivraj Singh Rawat “Nissang” is a prominent and senior author in Uttarakhand. He was born on 15 Feb 1928 in Devar Khadora village of Gopeshwar, Chamoli. He has done his Post Graduation from Agra University. After been into service in Indian Armed Forces till 1974, he started writing journey from 1975.
