Maniram Bahuguna is an eminent researcher and writer in Uttarakhand. The author was born on 26 June 1925 at Ranichauri, Tehri Garhwal. He is retired from Farm Superintendent post at Rajkiya Udhyan Vibhag. The author was also awarded by Uttarakhand Research Institute for his work in Literature. Other books published by author Adhik Sabji Upjau Yojana, Garhrajya Shashan Ki Yadein and Sidhpeeth Purnrikasini (Ranichauri).
