ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Jaisingh Rawat was born in 1955 in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Apart from helming several newspapers and news agencies for four decades, he has also written numerous articles for regional and national newspapers. He has also authored books which deal specifically with Uttarakhand.
Some of his works are ‘Uttarakhand: Jan-Jaatiyo Ka Itihaas’ and ‘Himalaya Rajya Sandarbh Kosh’.
