Narendra Singh Negi ‘Garh Ratna’ is a famous folk singer of Uttarakhand. With more than 1000 song, the author has most number of hit songs in his belt. The author was born on 12 August 1949 in Pauri Garhwal. His first album was ‘Buraans’ and other albums are Rumuk, Salyaan Syali, Tu Holi Beera, Tappkara etc. Other books published by the author are ‘Khuchkandi‘, ‘Muth Boti Ki Rakh’ .
