ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Kuldeep Rawat was born in the Garhwal region of the state of Uttarakhand. After completing schooling in Paudi Garhwal and then in Delhi, Kuldeep Rawat worked as a lecturer in a reputed college.
Fond of travelling and writing, Kuldeep Rawat has penned numerous novels and stories as well as written several articles for newspaper and magazines. His works bring out the lesser known faces of famous social movements that shaped the society of Uttarakhand. Some of his other best-known works are: ‘Jab Ganga Pahaad Par Chadhi’, ‘Maaghi Maa’ and ‘Tinchari Mai’.
