About the author: Bachhan Singh Negi was born in village Talli Bagi of Tehri district on 4th of November 1932. He has done his Bachelor in arts from Agra and Sahitya ratna from prayag. He has also written the Ramcharitmanas, Shrimad Bhagwat Gita, in Garhwali along with dozens of other books like Ganga ka Mayaka, Doobta Shahar, Brahmsootra, Meri Kahani, Asha Kiran and many others.
