Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
At Cultural Trends, we try our best to keep our customers satisfied and happy with every item bought from us. Although the products are not manufactured by us so it might be possible that the products have some defects, for that we have return and exchange policy which you can refer to before making a purchase.
RETURN of Products
Return is only possible if the item is damaged, has manufacturing defects, expired or in cases when a different product has been wrongly delivered.
- The product should be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items should be in their original condition.
- Items should ideally be in their original packaging.
How to return items:
- We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.
- Tell us whether you want a refund or exchange and we will assist you gladly.
- You must attach a copy of the invoice.

The order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched for shipping which is generally 2 days from the date of order. Any order that is in shipment cannot be cancelled.
If a product in transit (has been shipped) is cancelled by the customer, he/she may be liable to pay the 2-way courier charges.
Cultural Trends may also cancel an order just in case the product goes out of stock. Since multiple orders are being placed simultaneously, there are possibilities that some of the products may go out of stock during the payment process.
All the cancellation requests shall be sent to email@example.com and must contain the ORDER NO. which you want to cancel. You can also call at our support number to cancel your order.
The refund will be processed through NEFT or direct transfer to the credit/debit card used for purchase. Processing of refunds may take upto 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request, as the case may be.
Refund on Cancellations: There will be 100% refund on cancellation before the product is dispatched. If a product is in transit (has been shipped) and is cancelled by the customer, refund amount will be calculated after deducting 2-way courier charges.
Refund on Return of Products: If a product is returned for reasons other than specified above, the refund would be processed only after deduction of 2-way courier charges. In all other cases, 100% refund will be provided to the customer.
Refund on Orders Cancelled by Cultural Trends: In case of unavailability of a product, Cultural Trends may cancel an order and will pay 100% refund to the customer.
